Noble, Young & O'Connor,
P.C. was founded in 1994 in West Hartford, Connecticut
for the practice of civil litigation. In October, 1999,
the firm moved to its present location at One Congress Street,
colloquially known as the "Flat Iron" Building in
Hartford's historic South End. The firm evolved in 2005
into Noble,
Spector, Young & O'Connor, P.C and in 2008, with the appointment
of Robert E. Young to the bench, to Noble,
Spector & O'Connor, P.C.
The members of the firm have extensive experience in the prosecution
and defense of personal injury, products liability, municipal, law
enforcement, civil rights, medical malpractice and insurance coverage
claims. In order to provide the highest quality legal services,
we restrict our practice to civil litigation.
