Noble, Young & O'Connor, P.C. was founded in 1994 in West Hartford, Connecticut for the practice of civil litigation. In October, 1999, the firm moved to its present location at One Congress Street, colloquially known as the "Flat Iron" Building in Hartford's historic South End. The firm evolved in 2005 into Noble, Spector, Young & O'Connor, P.C and in 2008, with the appointment of Robert E. Young to the bench, to Noble, Spector & O'Connor, P.C.
