Julie A. Harris was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 1981 and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 1982.

Attorney Harris received her Bachelor of Arts with honors in 1978 from the University of Hartford and her Juris Doctor in 1981 from the University of Connecticut.

Ms. Harris is an experienced trial attorney having conducted trials before juries and judges, as well as having successfully defended judgments on appeal to the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts.

Attorney Harris was appointed by the Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court to serve as an Attorney Trial Referee. She has also adjudicated civil matters and conducted settlement conferences at the Hartford Superior Court.
