JENNIFER S. JANIK was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 2004 and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 2005.

Attorney Janik received her Bachelor of Arts, with honors in 2001 and her Juris Doctor in 2004, both from the University of Connecticut.

Ms. Janik is the author of "Trademark Law and the CGL: The Race Between Infringement Liability and Its Reluctant Insurance Coverage," Comment, The Connecticut Insurance Law Journal, Vol. 10, No. 1.

Attorney Janik is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
