CESAR A. NOBLE was admitted to the
Connecticut bar in 1983, the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut
in 1984 and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit in 2003.
Mr. Noble received his Bachelor of Arts with honors from Wesleyan
University in 1980); He received his Juris Doctor from the University
of Connecticut in 1983.
Attorney Noble is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate and Member
of the Faculty, National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Noble is a
fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an honor made by invitation
only.
Mr. Noble is the author of "Offers of Judgment, C.G.S. Sec.
52-192," The Defense, Journal of The Connecticut Defense Lawyers
Association, Vol. 6, No. 2; “Connecticut Rental Car Liability
Survey And Commentary,” Conn. Bar Journal, Vol. 74, No. 3;

Attorney Noble’s memberships include the Connecticut and
Hartford County Bar Associations, the Association of Trial Lawyers
of America, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Defense
Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, National Hispanic
Bar Association and Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association. He is
the current secretary of the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association
and a member of its Board of Directors.
Mr. Noble has lectured for DRI, the Connecticut Bar Association,
the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association and other organizations.
Mr. Noble is a native of Havana, Cuba and is fluent in Spanish.
