DENNIS P. O'CONNOR II was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 1984, the Maryland bar in 1986, the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 1987 and the U.S. District Court, District of New York in 1990.

Mr. O’Connor received his Bachelor of Arts in 1979 and his Juris Doctor in 1984, both from Georgetown University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi.

Attorney O’Connor is a member of the American (Litigation and Insurance Sections), Connecticut, and Hartford County Bar Associations.
